How can I order?

You can browse through our beautiful website, add your items to basket and be registered within seconds (or if you’re a returning customer, don’t worry, we remember you! Just log in to your account with the button in the top right corner of every page).

On completion of every order you’ll receive an email confirmation with expected arrival date.

How fast will I receive my order?

We pull out the stops to get your gifts to you ASAP! Mainland UK items are sent by a tracked next day courier, which we hope will save you some letter box watching and postman stalking!

Do I need to register?

You don’t have to and can checkout as a ‘guest’, however, registering is super fast and easy – it means not only will your address be saved for next time but you’ll also be first to know of any exclusive offers we have!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and switch/maestro cards through our SSL secured Worldpay payment system (unfortunately we don’t take Amex or paypal).

Do you ship abroad (outside the UK)?

Yes, if you live outside Great Britain we have a range of fast and secure postal options which you can select at the basket checkout.
We can ship to Europe, US, Asia and beyond! We can only ship to the card holder’s registered address and goods must be signed for.

Transit times are generally quite quick, ranging from 3 days in central Europe to 4-7 for other international locations.

How much is international shipping?

You can select your location at the ‘basket’ stage of your order once you’ve added your items.
For shoppers outside the EU, VAT tax of 20% will be deducted from your total.

Where are your goods made?

We design & print all our own Paper Isle greetings cards and artwork in the UK! We also host a range of handmade goods from dedicated British and Irish makers.

For gifts, our baby clothes are made in Europe and most items are made from organic cotton. We also stock metal homeware that is hand made in India, directly ethically supporting the crafts men and women.

Can I add on items after my order is placed?

If you place a 2nd order the same day online, and it’s before 1pm, we may be able to combine your items – just email us to arrange this.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to catch your order before dispatch! However, due to our fast turnaround this unfortunately isn’t always possible. For more information on cancellation and returns visit our Returns page.

I’ve not received an item or my item has been damaged?

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If you have any issues please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and make you a happy bunny once more.

Why has my credit card been declined? I’ve got loads of money!

The most common reason for payments not going through is the billing address (where your card is registered to) being incorrect, so just give the 1st line and postcode a quick check over for typo’s. Failing that, you may need to call your bank to see if any temporary blocks have been placed on it. If you’re lucky, they might even help without endless waiting queues and hanging up on you!
